I experienced a new all time low at Betonline tonight!

So I'm looking at the props and the over 4 sacks -105 catches my eye! I go to play it, the line changes to over 4.5 -125! I hit submit by mistake. So I hit refresh lines. The line comes back up 4 over-105. I'm like WTF??? So I log out, back in and line is still 4 over -105.

I call CS and they don't understand what I'm trying to tell them. They send me to wagering...they don't have a clue either!

So I call CS again, and after a few minutes of trying to explain the problem, they investigate! They say that the lines do not refresh and the new line will appear when I go to submit my wager!

I'm like WTF????? Your website doesn't refresh updated lines??? UNREAL !!!!!!

Has anyone taken the 100% free play bonus? Would like to know how you used it?

I just took it and tried to verify the rules of this bonus. The rules on the web page are different then they are telling me.

First of all the web page states a 10x rollover. But on the phone they tell me 20x.
Then one person tells me straight wagers only (same as web page). The next person I talk to tells me I can use parlays, but not moneyline parlays. The 3rd time I call I get a combination of the first 2 calls! :banghead:

I hate to use this freeplay before I get a definite response. Don't want to get fukked if I hit and try to cash!

Is it that hard to get a straight answer?

This is why I like to stick with my books I always use, but wanted to load up with them for BTP.

However, its bad for the contests and the loan sharks! Does SBR care? I dont think so!!

The loan sharks are in a risky business and they know it. So they are on their own! They have their credit report, which will fail not only because the ghosts will eventually outnumber the real customers, but the owner of the thread is :wacko:!

But the contests are filling up with 20% ghosts! If SBR cares at all (which they dont) they should at least give warnings out to the ghost inventors. They should not allow ghosts to play in contests! If they do, they should be barred from all contests! We could have a final four with all ghosts and 1 person picking up all the cash!
